When it works it's usually pretty smooth, but it's slow to load, slow to connect, and often just gets stuck on the loading screen. The downloads are unreliable and sometimes won't work unless you connect to the Internet first, which obviously defeats the purpose of downloads. Disney is such a massive corporation that they are fully capable of making a better app, which makes the poor user experience of the app worse. They could fix this, but they're choosing not to. Disney + is the glitchiest streaming service ever. I've had so many days unable to do anything because I've spent the entire day, sometimes multiple days, trying to fix Disney +. even customer service is useless because they don't know anything and can't access anything. If their shows and movies were available elsewhere, I would get rid of Disney + in a heartbeat. Even paying for commercial free, still has commercials occasionally. Extremely disappointed.

Hello! Sorry for the trouble. To resolve the issue, please test your Wi-Fi connection by referring to the article titled (Internet connection tests) on the Disney+ help site. If needed, reset your router. After that, relaunch the app and ensure its updated. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us via chat or call 1-888-905-7888.

This app is still broken. When chrome casting it doesn't remember where I've left off in a show if I pause it, then come back to it later and try to cast. It also doesn't remember my subtitle settings, so every time I open the app, I have to set up the subtitles. You also can not turn off autoplay, the only way to stop a show from going to the next episode is to stop casting. They just hiked their prices, even with all these bugs. Will be canceling if not fixed by next month. Just Frustrating.
